Planted is a dynamic space that is inspired by the gentle power of the feminine. It is both a fully equipped floral studio, which is available to floral designers to rent by the hour or day, and a cozy, private event space, which is available for practitioners of the healing arts to rent for workshops and private sessions.
Planted is an intentional gathering space with a strong beating heart. Come and cozy up with a cup of tea and share what’s alive in you. Feel the support of the flowers and plants that fill the space as you connect with yourself and others with love. We can’t wait to meet you.
The Artist Way - Spring 2026 Cohort
A 12-week creative recovery journey facilitated by Kate of Planted SF.
Every Tuesday night at The Faight in Lower Haight, San Francisco — starting April 6th.
April 7 - June 30
Yoga from 6:30–7:30, followed by an Artist's Way book club from 7:30–8:30.
This is an intentionally small cohort of 25 people, held together by community, accountability, and a shared commitment to coming home to your creativity.
Sliding scale investment: $100–$175/month. Payment via Venmo or Zelle.

For the third year in a row, Planted SF & The Faight Collective are hosting a hands-on floral workshop designed for men who want to try something new, learn a skill, and have a genuinely fun night out.
This is not intimidating. There’s no pressure to be “creative.” It’s flowers, music, good creative vibes — plus unlimited beer to help you loosen up and get in the mood to create.
What you’ll learn:
You’ll be guided through the basics of floral design, including how to build a balanced arrangement, simple flower care tips, and how to create a hand-tied bouquet from start to finish. Everything is approachable and beginner-friendly.
No experience needed. Just show up curious.
Walk away with a BIG bouquet for yourself or your valentine <3
What’s included:
-All flowers, supplies and a vase are provided.

Drinks will be available throughout the evening, and the vibe is relaxed, social, and welcoming.

About the hosts
Planted SF is run by Kate Hockett, a San Francisco–based floral studio offering seasonal bouquets, workshops, and corporate team-building experiences rooted in creativity and presence. Studio is based out of the Faight, and this class will be held upstairs in the gallery.
The Faight Collective is a community space dedicated to art, movement, music, and meaningful gatherings.
