Here’s how we run it

Welcome (15 min)

Your team arrives at The Faight Collective, our dedicated Lower Haight studio. Refreshments ready, music playing, flowers displayed. The environment does half the work.

Foundation (25 min)

Kate teaches the principles—color, texture, balance, technique. Everyone learns with the same premium flowers they'll use.

Creation (75 min)

The main event. Hands working, conversations flowing, creative decisions happening. We're circulating to help, encourage risks, answer questions. This is when teams remember they like each other.

Showcase (15 min)

Teams present their arrangements, we capture group photos, everyone heads out with something beautiful.

What you need to know:

Time: 2-3 hours (we're flexible)
Capacity: 10-40 people
Where: The Faight Collective, Lower Haight (or your office)
Included: All materials: fresh, local florals, vases, scissors, tape etc, custom herbal tea blends, instructions, arrangements to take home, all logistics handled!

Good Questions

How long does it take?

2-3 hours typically. We're flexible and can adjust based on your schedule—lunch break, afternoon session, or evening event.

What's the group size?

We can accommodate 10-40 people comfortably. Smaller groups get more individual attention; larger groups create great energy.

Can you come to our office?

Yes! We bring everything. We just need a room with tables and good light. The Faight Collective is always available too.

What's included in the price?

All flowers, materials, vases, instruction, refreshments, and setup/cleanup. Everyone takes home their arrangement. We handle logistics, all set-up and clean up! Just relax and enjoy.

Do we need any experience?

None. Zero. We teach everything from scratch. That's part of what makes this work—everyone starts at the same level.

What flowers will we use?

Premium seasonal blooms. Think dahlias, roses, ranunculus, eucalyptus—the same quality we'd use for weddings and events. No sad carnations.
